About Me
Hello and welcome! My name is Paige O’Hagan and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Denver, Colorado. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. I work with individual adults as they move through life transitions, navigate anxiety or depression, heal from trauma, explore identity, build self-esteem, and work on relationships—or anything else that feels burdensome or heavy.
My approach is holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I like to keep things flexible so we can find what feels right for you. I work from an Internal Family Systems informed lens, while weaving in mindfulness and connection to the natural world. My work is also grounded in a somatic, body-focused lens to help strengthen the relationship between body, mind, and spirit—so you can move toward a more grounded, authentic sense of self.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m here to meet you where you are with compassion and openness. My hope is to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and supportive as we explore what works best for you. I believe we all carry wisdom within us; sometimes we just need a different way to listen. Together, we’ll find tangible tools and insights you can take with you beyond our sessions to help you navigate life’s challenges with more ease and clarity.
