As you saw on the home page, I’m Paige, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Denver, Colorado. I began my journey in mental health after earning my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder. After graduation, I worked as a case manager for adults experiencing homelessness in the Denver area. I’ve always known I wanted to work directly with people, so a few years later I returned to school at the University of Colorado Denver to earn my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Becoming a therapist has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It’s a true privilege to sit with someone and create a space where the emotional experience of being human can unfold—a gift I’m grateful for every day.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, walking, snowboarding, and playing volleyball in the park. I also do my best gardening in little pots on my balcony and caring for around 20 houseplants (which are often terrorized by my cat, Moonie!)

What I love about being a therapist is having the opportunity to get to know people I might not meet otherwise. There is beauty in diverse experiences, interests, and perspectives. We can laugh and cry together, explore something you’ve been curious about within you, or just take things slow and steady while we build some comfort in the unique environment that is therapy!

If this feels like I could be a good fit for you, please reach out for a consultation.
